Registration is completed through Wisdomwhere, our online registration system. If you have not registered for one of our events previously, you will need to create a user account. If you already have an account, please review your personal account information for accuracy and update any changes needed (e.g., email address, district/building, position, etc.).
Wisdomwhere is an individual registration system and each person should register him/herself. No one should register on behalf of someone else. Registering individuals as “placeholders” to secure a spot is not permitted.
When registering for your sessions, if your first-choice option is full, please select an alternate session to attend.
All individuals must register prior to April 13, 2020. New registrations are not accepted once registration closes.
If the event fills to capacity before the established deadline, registrants will be placed on a waiting list in the order received. The wait list registrant will receive an email notification if an opening becomes available and next steps needed to confirm attendance.
You will receive a confirmation email to the address provided in your Wisdomwhere user account for each day you are successfully registered. This email serves as your proof of registration. Please read it thoroughly for important event information.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, check your junk/spam folder. If an email has not been received you may not be registered for the event. Please see the contact information below for assistance.
You should verify that "Check-In" and "Registration" are listed on your personal schedule in the confirmation email. If they are not, you are not registered for the day and will not be able to attend.

We appreciate payment in advance of the event. Payment options are:
- Purchase Order
- Credit Card (at point of ONLINE registration ONLY)*
- On-site payment (district/personal check or cash)
- Invoice District (please indicate who to invoice if it is someone other than your district)
When mailing a payment, please include a copy of the registration email confirmation for each registrant included in the payment. Be sure to include the conference name, date(s) of attendance, and the names of all registrants the P.O. or check will cover. Payment should be made payable to Macomb ISD and submitted to the address below:

*Credit card payments are only accepted during the online registration process and are not an available payment type after registration has occurred or at the event site.
When “Invoice District” is chosen as the payment option, invoicing is completed after the event. The invoice will be sent to the registrant’s district unless otherwise identified in the Invoicing Instructions area in the final stage of the registration process. If you wish to have someone other than your district invoiced, please be sure to look for the “Invoicing Instructions” text box and input the appropriate information. Checks should be made payable to Macomb ISD and submitted to the address above.
Requests for cancellation must be made in writing and received by April 8, 2020; phone cancellations will not be accepted. If you cancel after the deadline, you are still responsible for full payment of the registration fee and will be invoiced for any outstanding payment. Refunds will not be issued for no shows.
Substitutions may be made in lieu of cancellation. The chosen substitute must be from the original registrant’s district and must also attend the same sessions that the original registrant selected.
Please have all substitution requests made at least two-weeks prior to the event. When possible, requests made closer to the event will still be honored.
